John Wall will not leave the Washington Wizards, according to the GM of the team, Tommy Sheppard.
Per Sheppard, Wall has not requested a trade from the team and the Wizards have no plans to let him go.
“There’s no plans to trade John…it’s a new story with John and Brad. It’s not a sequel,” Sheppard said, via David Aldridge of The Athletic.
Wall will return to action for the first time since December 2018. He still has three years and $133M left on his current contract with Washington.
