Donovan Mitchell has committed his future to the Utah Jazz after agreeing to a five-year, $195 million designated rookie max extension, according to Adrian Wojnarowski. The 24-year-old guard was on a four-year, $14 million contract with the Jazz after signing it in 2017 as a rookie.

The new contract is guaranteed for $163 million and could increase to the $195 million by meeting the All-NBA criteria for the 2020-2021 season, per Wojnarowski.

Last season, Mitchell averaged 24 points, 4.4 rebounds, 4.3 assists and one steal per game for Utah.
