Potential No. 1 draft pick LaMelo Ball believes that he can fit “great” with D’Angelo Russell, despite the concerns about both being ball-dominant point guards.

“I feel like I’m born for this,” Ball said on Tuesday’s media availability regarding going No. 1. “… I feel like I’m just the right man for it.”

Ball also confirmed that he has had in person workouts for the Minnesota Timberwolves, Golden State Warriors, Charlotte Hornets and Detroit Pistons.

The 19-year-old mentioned that he hasn’t received much feedback from teams other than what he already knew, which was “to improve all aspects of the game.”

Ball described what his typical day consists of leading up to the draft, including getting shots up, rest, food, stretching and even watching movies.

“You only go through this process once, so I’m really just enjoying all of it,” Ball said.
