LaMarcus Aldridge took to Twitter and opened up about the key to play in the NBA for many years.

The star of the San Antonio Spurs, who is a 14-year veteran, believes the key to longevity in the league is to put in work.

“If you don’t enjoy putting in work….something is wrong with you… That’s the difference in playing 2 years in the league and 10+ years,” Aldridge tweeted.

The veteran forward entered the NBA in 2006 as the No.2 of the Draft. He spent nine seasons with the Portland Trail Blazers (2006-2015), before joining the Spurs in the summer of 2015.
