Anthony Davis took Game 1 of the NBA Finals series by storm putting up 34 points in the Lakers’ win over the Miami Heat.

Davis waited years to make it to the NBA Finals and last night he showed he’ll be making the most of it in the bright lights of such a big occasion.

“Obviously (I) want to come out and play well and you want to come out and win. I’ve always put pressure on myself,” Davis explained to reporters. “Your adrenaline is going early because you’re so excited just to be here and get ready to go out there and play.”

Davis added nine rebounds and five assists shooting over 50 percent from the field to conclude an all-around performance in his NBA Finals’ debut.
