LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers advanced to the Western Conference Finals for the first time since 2010. The King has been instrumental for the Lakers in the postseason so far and he talked about bringing the team back to the Conference Finals.

“It’s the reason I wanted to be a part of this franchise, to take them back to a place they were accustomed to being and that’s compete for a championship,” LeBron said after Game 5 win vs. the Rockets.

The Lakers outplayed the Houston Rockets, after losing Game 1 of the series getting smaller to confront their opponents’ small-ball lineup.

James is averaging 26.6 points, 10.3 rebounds and 8.8 assists per game in the postseason.
