Kyle Lowry was again crucial for the Toronto Raptors in Game 4 win over the Boston Celtics. The veteran guard was asked about Marcus Smart and how hard he plays.

“I don’t think he’s trying to get under anybody’s skin. I think that’s how he plays, man. That man plays extremely hard. You have to tip your hat to somebody like him. You know what he’s going to do every single night. You know he’s going to bring it,” per Josh Lewenberg of TSN.

Smart is known for his passion and his willingness to do anything to get the advantage over his opponent. Lowry had the same attitude in the court, as he is a great two-way presence for Toronto.

A two-way effort brought the Raptors in place to compete for a place in the ECF, after going down 2-0 in the series with the Celtics.

Lowry had 22 points, 11 rebounds and 7 assists in Game 4 with big plays in the fourth quarter. The series tied in 2-2 with Game 5 taking place on Monday.
