Jimmy Butler had a great game in Game 3 leading the Miami Heat to a 3-0 lead against the Indiana Pacers. The veteran was asked about his rookie Tyler Herro and if he was nervous in his first postseason back in 2011-12 season with the Chicago Bulls.

“I had an easy job. Tyler, he’s got to score here and there. My job was to give the ball to DRose, Luol Deng, Joakim Noah, Carlos Boozer. I had an easy job – Don’t even look at the basket, just pass it to the good players,” Butler said.

Butler played in 3 games in the playoffs during his rookie season, while he played in 12 in his sophomore season. He had 4 minutes overall in the 2011-12 postseason. His time was increased in 2012-13 playoffs with 450 minutes.

On the other side, Herro is a regular rotational piece in his rookie year, averaging 13.5 points, 4.1 rebounds and 2.1 assists per contest.
