The New Orleans Pelicans have a disappointing stint in Orlando, after the NBA season restart with several crucial roster pieces letting the team’s fans down.

One of them was Lonzo Ball, who feels he disappointed his teammates with his performances, according to nola.com.

“I feel like I let the team down,” Ball said. “I know I’m a big part of it. Usually when I play well, we win. Obviously, I didn’t play well this trip. We’re going home early, and I have to live with that.”

In six games in the Orlando “bubble”, the promising guard is averaging 5.7 points and 7 assists converting just 18 shots in 76 field goals he attempt.

After a below-average start in his first season in New Orleans, Ball began to play well just before the season “pause” in March.

He shot 37% from three averaging almost 12 points, 6 assists and 7 rebounds per contest in his 62 appearances this season.
