The Oklahoma City Thunder coach Billy Donovan offered his insight during the media availability on Wednesday, as his team moves forward to the NBA restart.

Among several topics, Donovan addressed the current situation around Andre Roberson’s recovery and if he is ready to return to the game.

“Andre has been here, its hard for me to give a real assessment for where he’s at. The plan is that when we’re in Orlando is to get him out there 5-on-5 and see how he feels,” Donovan said on Roberson’s condition, per The Oklahoman.

The OKC coach believes that it’s time for Roberson to play some 5-on-5 in order to assess how he feels.

“It’s hard for me to give a real assessment for where he’s at,” Donovan said. “He feels like he’s made really significant progress, so I’m really happy for him that he’s in a good place and wants to see how he feels once we start playing five-on-five.”
