Steph Curry says he would be a “monster” in the pre-jump shot era

The NBA wasn’t always like it was today. There was a time that big men dominated the league. The jump shot was nonexistent. A player like Steph Curry in those times would have been a unicorn. Curry talked about what his presence would be like in that era.

“I think I’d be a monster,” he said. “I feel like a little step-back or between the legs crossover would throw somebody in the first row.”

The NBA has developed over time and most players from the past wouldn’t be able to play now. Players that were great in the past may just be average players. Who knows how we will see the NBA develop in the distant future.
