Kawhi Leonard’s strong performance at home helped the Toronto Raptors eliminate the Milwaukee Bucks with a 100-94 victory in Game 6. The Raptors trailed 2-0 in the series but then won four consecutive games.

Leonard finished Game 6 with 27 points and 17 rebounds and helped Toronto overcome a 15-point deficit.

He was able to outplay Giannis Antetokounmpo, who finished with 21 points and 11 rebounds for the Bucks.

Leonard’s dunk over Antetokounmpo in the fourth quarter gave the Raptors an 87-79 lead. It capped a 26-3 run for Toronto. Leonard then got a friendly bounce to knock down a clutch 3-pointer. That shot gave the Raptors a 95-90 lead with three minutes remaining.

The victory sent Toronto to the NBA Finals for the first time. They went on to defeat the Golden State Warriors in six games to win their first NBA Title. Leonard was named Finals MVP.
