Rick Pitino left Panathinaikos and the Greek NT earlier than expected. This time, it was because of NCAA and the position he got as Iona’s head coach.
As the Hall of Famer wrote on his Twitter account, he is excited about the players that have been recruited this year and their athleticism, size and passionate attitudes.
“Can’t wait for practice,” Pitino said.
