Jayson Tatum shared his thoughts on how the NBA suspension will affect the top NBA teams.
The All-Star forward of the Boston Celtics believes it will be hard for the top teams in both the East and the West to return to their previous form once the NBA season resumes.
“[The hiatus] will help the teams that have had guys injured. It’ll definitely give them a lot more time. I think of teams like Toronto or Milwaukee who were winning.
I think Toronto had won like 15 games in a row and now it’s like it’s stopped. Now you have to pick up where you left off. It’s hard to start again,” Tatum said during a conversation with Jeff Goodman of Stadium.
The NBA has suspended the season for at least 30 days, due to the outbreak of the coronavirus.
