Tonight’s game between the Boston Celtics and the Indiana Pacers [April 16] has been cancelled out of respect for the victims of yesterday’s Boston Marathon.
The NBA’s PR department announced that the game would be called off via their Twitter account. The contest will not be rescheduled.
The Celtics’ next match will be against the Toronto Raptors on Thursday night. Indiana will host the Philadelphia 76ers on the same night.
Both teams have already advanced to the NBA Playoffs after the regular season concludes.
