Featuring on Bleacher Report’s “Take It There”, teammates Danny Green and Dwight Howard named their all-time starting fives for the Los Angeles Lakers.

Howard started the proceedings and named Magic Johnson instantly. Followed by Kobe Bryant and LeBron James. Big-men Shaquille O’Neal and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar rounded-out his all-time Lakers starting five.

Such line-up boasts 23 NBA Championship victories. As well as a whopping 80 All-Star appearances.

Green then named his team. Following suit with Magic Johnson, Kobe Bryant, and LeBron James as being his first three selections. He then went down more of a small-ball route. Selecting current power forward Anthony Davis and “Big Game” James Worthy with his final two picks.

A line-up of Johnson, Bryant, James, Davis, and Worthy hold 16 championship rings. In terms of All-Star appearances, 60.

Bleacher Report on Twitter urged fans to take part, and tweet their perfect Lakers teams. Many popular replies stated Magic Johnson, Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, Shaquille O’Neal, and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. The same as Dwight Howard.

Another included Jerry West in their line-up. One that featured Johnson, Bryant, James, and Abdul-Jabbar also.
