In an interview with Bleacher Report’s Taylor Rooks, the Los Angeles Lakers small forward Danny Green shared his experience on stopping Kawhi Leonard of the Los Angeles Clippers.
Per Clutchpoints.com:
“As with all great players, there is no stopping them, it’s trying to contain him. I think the best thing with any superstar is trying to limit his touches. Not letting him catch the ball where he wants it. Try to deny him some, double-team him some, throw different looks at him. He’s a tough player. I know what he’s gonna do and I still can’t stop him. That’s what makes him great.”
