The Athletic’s Shams Charania is reporting that the NBA has circulated strict policies to all 30 teams consisting of the following instructions:
- All players must remain in market of team
- Players remain home as long as possible
- NO group workouts, practices
- Team physicians/trainers speak to each player once a day
This comes amid the ongoing suspension that went into effect on Wednesday night following reports Rudy Gobert had contracted the coronavirus. Since then, it’s been confirmed that Gobert’s Jazz teammate Donovan Mitchell also tested positive for COVID-19.
The stipulations stated above go into effect immediately and will continue through to March 16.
