CSKA Moscow continued their tradition of being pioneers amongst Euroleague clubs by getting their own custom made Boeing 737. Check it out in the video.

The technical vice-director of “Transaero” Yuri Udovenko welcome the CSKA team on board of the plane for the first time and wished them many wins and successes and described the plane:

Transaero had one of their fleet’s Boeing 737 completely and fully modified. The passengers area was totally modernised and from a capacity of 120 it was reduced to 56 business class seats, which will ensure the maximum comfort for the passengers, players and training staff included.

The plane was equipped with wireless internet and satelite telephone. One of our main goals was to make the players feel like at home.

One of the main points is that the players will now have all the legroom they ever wished for and Vorontsevich wasn’t shy to express his satisfaction: “The entire plane consists of business class seats, from start to end. It’s a thing of beauty” while American Sonny Weems took it one step further: “Nice nice, really nice, like in the NBA.”
