In a school game between Chatsworth Sierra Canyon and Etiwanda in CIF Open Division semi-finals, 2 200 spectators had a chance to see a spectacular play by LeBron James’ oldest son.

With Chatsworth Sierra Canyon leading by six points with just over five minutes left against Etiwanda, Bronny James made a three-point shot from the right baseline. Sierra Canyon’s star’s shot burried all the hopes of Etiwanda of coming back to game and helped Sierra Canyon Trailblazers to record a 73-62 victory.

Sierra Canyon coach Andre Chevalier aknowledged the decisiveness of LeBron’s son’s shot, by saying: “It was huge. That’s definitely the biggest shot of his career and it was the thing that catapulted us to the gap we needed to have enough space to win.”

Eitiwanda’s coach was also impressed with what Bronny has done. “We were trying to come back,” Etiwanda’s Jahmai Mashack said. “It was a great three and great timing.”
