The Memphis Grizzlies are expected to sign guard Dusty Hannahs to a 10-day contract, his second one with the team.

Hannahs also signed a 10-day contract with the Grizzlies last March.

He made his NBA debut on March 31 and played in two games last season before being waived on April 4.

Hannahs’ reaction to getting a shot at the NBA level again:

He has played for the Memphis Hustle in the G League the last three seasons.

In 33 G League games this season, Hannahs is averaging 21.2 points, 2.1 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game, while shooting an impressive 46.4 percent from three-point on 3.3 made threes per game.

Hannahs is expected to join the Grizzlies during their current four-game roadtrip.

The Grizzlies had an open roster spot since waiving Dion Waiters after acquiring him from the Miami Heat.
