With LeBron James on the court the Lakers are the best team in the Western Conference, according to sports analyst Nick Wright. The problems begin when he goes to the bench.
Wright says that the problem is not only that LeBron goes to the bench but rather that he is replaced with Rajon Rondo, who is a ‘detriment to winning’.
“When LeBron is on the court the Lakers are the best team in the West. The problem is not only been when LeBron goes to the bench, it’s been that Rondo is soaking up those minutes. Rondo, right now, is a detriment to winning.”

The Lakers are currently sitting atop the Western Conference with a 39-12 record, following by the Nuggets and the Clippers, both at 37-16.
