Elfrid Payton recorded his first triple double with the New York Knicks in the OT win against the Cleveland Cavaliers. Namely, he had 17 points, 15 assists and 10 rebounds.

Furthermore, he became the 4th player in Knicks’ history with at least 15 points, 15 assists and 10 rebounds in a game.

For Payton, that was his 17th career triple-double and his first with the fourth team in his career.

In particular, he recorded 8 for the Orlando Magic, 6 for the New Orleans Pelicans, 2 for the Phoenix Suns and 1 for the New York Knicks. Rajon Rondo and Mark Jackson are the only players to record multiple triple doubles for five different associations.
