The NBA decided that posting the picture of his girlfriend in a thong was too much and fined him with $25k. “I didn’t know it would get so big of a deal. I have to be more careful.” said Smith afterwards, while he also deleted the picture from his twitter account.
And if you’re wondering, yes it is the same girlfriend (Tahiry Jose) that caused all the trouble back in China along Smith’s sister.
