Lithuania brought proceedings in Panevezys to an end with a 98-69 victory over Portugal.
Portugal end Eurobasket winless and finish bottom of Group A.
Martynas Pocius and Saunas Jasikevicius led Lietuva with 14 points each. Carlos Andrade led all scorers in vain for Portugal with 16.
Mantas Kalnietas put the hosts 10-4 up early doors with a jumper from just inside the key, but Portugal responded with a mini run that was finished with a three from Joao Santos, which tied the game at 12.
Lithuania fired 10 unanswered points to put them 22-12 to the good. They led after one, 26-16 and looked comfortable.
Portugal, yet to make their mark, hit back and a pair of Pilipe Da Silva free-throws tied the game at 35.
Lithuania took the lead again through Kalnietas, and never looked back. Leading 41-35 at the half.
The hosts then posted a 19-6 run to pull away as Portugal began reliant on three-pointers
“We were very happy to end our time in Panevezys with a win against a tough Portugal side,” Surunas Jasikevicius said.
