Luka Doncic scored 42 points (on 14/27 shooting), 12 assists, and 11 rebounds in the Dallas Mavericks’ 117-110 home win against the San Antonio Spurs on Monday night. Doncic joined LeBron James as the only players in the NBA history to record 40+ in triple-doubles as 20-year-olds. After the game, Kristaps Porzingis praised his Mavs’ teammate:

ā€œLuka is playing like an MVP-caliber player right now. Career high (in points) for him, triple-double, Iā€™m happy for him. Heā€™s just doing things, penetrating, drawing fouls, being super effective for us, shooting the ball well. Heā€™s doing it all for us and Iā€™m happy that heā€™s able to play at this level right now,ā€ Porzingis said, per Mavs.com.
