Today Demond Mallet (Higher Vision Sports) was named the MVP of the Belgium Ethias League after leading his club past the Euroleague qualification round into the Euroleague where the club had 2 impressive wins against Real Madrid and the player’s former German club Brose Basket.
Mallet then led the Spirou Club to its’ best regular season record of 25-7 in some time. Mallet is currently ranking 4th in scoring and 10th in assists and 3rd in steals.
Mallet is hoping to finish the season off with a Belgium Championship which won’t be easy. Spirou who received a bye for having the best record in the league is awaiting now their semi-final opponent.
