Three-time NBA All-Star point guard Derrick Rose, who signed a two-year, $15 million deal with the Detroit Pistons, talked on his goals with the Pistons:

“With Detroit I feel like we have a great chance with being in the east. We have two great bigs, a great team, you never know,” Rose said.

This past season, the 30-year-old averaged 18.0 points, 2.7 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game, while shooting at 48.2% from the floor, 37% from three and 85.6% from the free-throw line for the Timberwolves.
