ImageYesterday Latvia lost to Serbia after two overtimes in Athens, today's game turned out to be a blow out for the Latvians against Greece. The hosts beat the team from the Baltic Sea 80-52.

Marvelous performance for the Greeks, who seem to be on the right track, left no chance to the Latvians, who were trailing 14 points after the first quarter and 18 at halftime.

Greece was led by Nick Calathes who scored 16 points, while Zisis and Spanoulis added 10 each.

For the Lavians only Biedrins reached double digits with 12 points, to be followed by Kambala who had 9 and Valters with 8.
