According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, Damian Lillard will not play in the 2019 Basketball World Cup.
Lillard becomes the seventh member of Team USA preliminary roster to withdraw his participation from the tournament.
Anthony Davis, James Harden, Eric Gordon, C.J McCollum, Bradley Beal and Tobias Harris will also skip the World Cup.
