ImageWe have a new round MVP in Euroleague and it could not been anyone else than Aleksandar Maric of Partizan. The Serbian tower achieved the best individual performance of the season so far, accumulating 34 points, 16 rebounds and 49 ranking points.

Aleks Maric was the main reason behind Partizan's win over Efes Pilsen, a win which brough Partizan to the fourth spot of Group B, something which gives them the ticket to the Top16 round.  This was the third win in a row for Partizan, out of total four in seven games.

Maric scored 34 points shooting 13/16 from the field, converting 8 of the 14 free throws, picked up 8 defensive and 8 offensive rebounds, dished one assist, stole 1 ball, blocked one shot and suffered a total of ten fouls to tie Darjus Lavrinovic' performance of 49 ranking points against Khimki at the beginning of Euroleague.

Maric now leads the Euroleague in ranking points, averaging 26.1 per game.
