With FIBA's decision regarding the four nations who will get a wildcard for the 2010 World Championship to be held in Turkey expecting any moment now, it would be a good time to publish the opinion of TalkBasket readers on the matter.
As you may have noticed, TalkBasket has been running a poll with the following question "Which European teams should get wildcards for WC 2010?". The undisputed winner of the poll is Lithuania with 55% of the votes, followed by Russia with 24%. In case FIBA should award Europe with three wild cards, the third opton is Germany with 13% while Great Britain comes fourth with 8%.
