Team USA hasn't been totally focused on basketball. But that isn't a bad thing. On Monday several players went to help victims of the earthquake at the Shanghai childrens hospital.
Tayshaun Prince, Deron Williams, and Michael Redd went to the Shanghai childrens hospital Monday to sign autographs for children, and just hang out with the kids. The visit from the players brightened the day of several young boys and girls who were victims of the Sichuan quake.
Later that evening, partnered up with the Shanghai Charity Foundation, Chris Bosh, Carlos Boozer, Dwayne Wade and Jerry Colangelo ran a charity auction. The auction raised over $430,000 for the Shanghai Childrens Medical Center.
