Former Memphis Grizzlies star Mike Conley took to Twitter to announce his move to the Utah Jazz.
Last season, Conley averaged 21.1 points, 3.4 rebounds and 6.4 assists per game, while shooting at 43.8 percent from the floor and 36.4 percent from three in 33.5 minutes of action.
