According to ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith, forward Kawhi Leonard, who opted out of his $21.3 million player option to become an unrestricted free agent, is “seriously considering” signing with the Los Angeles Lakers:
“I have received the word that Kawhi Leonard is seriously considering the Los Angeles Lakers,” Smith said.
