Panathinaikos’ Michael Batiste has won the MVP award of the 2009/10 Greek A1 season. Giorgos Bartzokas of Maroussi was voted as best coach while the best young player award went to Nikos Pappas of Bilbao Basket who was on loan at Kolossos Rhodes.

Batiste has been a Panathinaikos player since 2003 (the foreigner with the most years in Greek A1) and averaged 10.8 points and 4.9 rebounds per game in 29 games the past season.
