ImageCajasol Seville won a very difficult game (62-59) against Suzuki Manresa, only scoring one basket and a couple of free throws in the last ten minutes of game. Andres Miso and Dusko Savanovic were the best local players, while Kaloyan Ivanov did his best to help Manresa.

In a vey strange game, Cajasol Seville managed to get a very important game against Manresa after knowing that they will play King's Cup after many years of absence. Manresa instead came to Seville with options to qualify, so it was a very tough game.

As always, the game started bad for Cajasol, whose players didn't feel the game in the first minutes, specially on offense. But this team doesn't matter score or not, because thay have an unbreakable faith on his defensive skills, so Manresa couldn't score easily either. In the second quarter, Cajasol started to run and score, specially thanks to a very inspired Miso, and they managed to get eleven points in advantage.

Anyway, the most important fact of the second quarter was that ACB referee Dani Hierrezuelo decided to stop the game due to insults from Cajasol fans toward him. The game was stopped about five minutes, while fans and journalists were completely amazed with that decision, something that never happened on an ACB court before.

The third quarter continued with Cajasol still leading the score, and things kept quiet until last ten minutes. Then, Jaume Ponsarnau, Manresa coach, decided to order a zonal defense that drove crazy every Cajasol player, to the point that they were unable to score for about eight minutes and a half !!! Manresa took four points in advantage then, but thanks to Dusko Savanovic, who scored the only one basket of the last ten minutes, some free throws and a great last defense, Cajasol finally won the game.
