ImageLatvian international powerful center Kaspars Kambala renewed his contract with the Russian club of Enisey.


The player and the club reached an agreement to extend their cooperation for another year, until the summer of 2010. Kambala had joined the club in mid-season last year and more spesifically in January 2009 and helped the team putting in good numbers such as 14 ppg and 5.9 rpg in just 21 minutes of play.

Kambala who holds the record for the most points scored in a single game last season, with 42 points is currently preparaing with his National Team for Eurobasket 2009.

Enisey has also extended the contract of the American guard Frederick Warrick, which will keep him at the club for the third season in a row.
