The Italian side reached an agreement for a single-year contract with the Lithuanian player Donatas Slanina.
Slanina is a 193 cm SG and was born in Siauliai and played for his hometown team Siauliai, Zalgiris, Prokom and Murcia. He has also achieved significant honours with the Lithuania National Team, including the gold medal in Eurobasket 2003 and competing in 2004 Athens Olympics.
Alessandro Dalla Salda, the General Manager of the club was delighted while the player himself stated that he is very motivated and curious to play in the Italian League for the first time.
