EuroLeague CEO Jordi Bertomeu spoke with Novasports and referred to the possibility of Athens hosting the Final Four in 2020 or 2021.
Here is what the experienced executive, who attended the home games of Olympiacos and Panathiaikos this week, said:
“We know that OAKA and Athens are a really strong candidate city for the 2020 Final Four and I hope that around the end of March, we will have announced the hosts of the next Final Four.
Next year, or at 2021, we will return to Athens.”
