Rytas Vilnius announced the acquisition of former Maccabi Tel-Aviv center, Artsiom Parakhouski.

The 31-year-old player will be available to play for the Lithuanian club in EuroCup’s Top-16.

Parakhouski spent the previous season with the Israeli powerhouse, averaging 7.6 points, 3.9 rebounds and one block in 30 EuroLeague games.

He also has plenty of EuroLeague experience (Maccabi, Unics Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod) and has made a total of 82 appearances, averaging  10.4 points, 5.1 rebounds and 1.4 blocks. 

Parakhouski will be in attendance on tonight’s last regular season game of his team, but he will be available to play from Top 16 onwards.

Rytas Vilnius has already secured its qualification to the Top-16 from fourth place in Group D.
