Igor Milosevic, talented playmaker of Red Star, wants to leave the club due to the poor financial situation and limited playing time. Former member of Greek youth national team recently recovered from a broken leg, but hasn't seen much action. Milosevic is going to be on the bench during the play-off semifinal series with Partizan.
"I can just say that I asked Basketball federation of Serbia to terminate my contract with Red Star. The management of the club knows the reasons for my decision", Milosevic said.
His friend and teammate Nemanja Aleksandrov also wants to leave Red Star. Club officials hope that they will keep their young stars, but it's going to be very hard since the payments are late a couple of months.
