Bayern Munich forward Milan Macvan is out for an undetermined amount of time, having sustained a knee joint injury during a pre-season game.
This is the second injury for the Serbian veteran this year following a season-ending cruciate ligament rupture the Serbian player had suffered in January.
“It will be difficult, but not impossible to come back. And I will fight for it,” Macvan said per Bayern Munich.
“He will receive all possible support from us so that ‘Maki’ can return to the court again,” Bayern GM Marko Pesic said.
Macvan signed with Bayern in July 2017. He averaged 10.9 points in the German League before his injury.
