Scottie Wilbekin arrived in Tel-Aviv, ahead of the pre-season preparation, and spoke with the media about joining Maccabi during the off-season.
“I played my first game in the EuroLeague against Maccabi and Ι was really impressed by the atmosphere and the fans,” the 25-year-old guard stated.
“I could see myself playing there one day, I didn’t tell anybody back then. When the opportunity came this summer, it was a really good one for me, just to be part of a club with so much history,” Wilbekin added.
