Barcelona power forward, Chris Singleton, sent a video message via Barcelona’s Twitter account, stating he will do his best to help the club win titles again.

“I’m ready to fight, I’m ready to win and I’m ready to bring some more championships back to this legendary, traditional organization that I’m part of now,” said the American player.

Since winning the ACB championship in 2014, Barcelona have only claimed the 2015 SuperCup and the 2018 Copa Del Rey, while they have failed to reach the EuroLeague playoffs in the past two seasons.

Consequently, the administration is now trying to strengthen the roster and Singleton’s acquisition has been one of the best moves in the off-season so far.

Singleton won back-to-back league titles with Panathinaikos (2017, 2018), while he led Lokomotiv Kuban to the EuroLeague Final Four in 2016.

Barcelona have also signed American three-point specialist Kyle Kuric as well as Latvian forward Rolands Smits.
