Unicaja Malaga has a new man to orchestrate its offense after reaching a one-year deal with point guard Ray McCallum, club announced on Tuesday.

McCallum (1.91 meters, 26 years old) played at Grand Rapids of the D-League last season, and averaged 17.6 points, 7 assists, 5.8 rebounds and 2.2 steals over 42 games.

In the past four seasons since turning pro, McCallum has played for Sacramento, San Antonio, Memphis and Detroit in the NBA, and in 154 career games has averaged 6 points, 2.4 assists and 2 rebounds.

He has played for Reno and Austin in the D-League over the past four years, too. Now, in his first stint in Europe, McCallum will be making his EuroLeague debut.
