Patric Young has signed a 1+1 year deal with EA7 Milano, it has been reported.
The American big man had been linked by former club Galatasaray, but has chosen to be part of the rebuilding process with the Italian giants after two seasons with EuroLeague finalists Olympiacos.
Olimpia Milano will sign Patric Young to a 1+1 contract with opt out clause at the end of 1st season.

Young will join Milano on a one-year deal with the team having the option for a second. The 25-year-old, Jacksonville native also has an NBA out clause in the contract.
