Panathinaikos shooting guard KC Rivers is a doubt for Friday’s EuroLeague game at home to Fenerbahce due to a thigh injury.

Rivers went off during Panathinaikos’ Greek League game against neighbours AEK Athens complaining of severe pains to his left adductor, which is the adductor longus in a skeletal muscle located in the thigh.

The 2015 EuroLeague champion has begun therapy after it was confirmed that he had pulled his left adductor muscle and while the injury is reportedly not serious, he will be left out of the team for Friday’s EuroLeague encounter.

Rivers has been averaging 11.4 points and 2.3 rebounds so far in the EuroLeague as his the third top scorer of Panathinaikos in the competition.
