Crvena Zvezda mts Belgrade added depth of its backcourt by inking playmaker Nate Wolters for the remainder of the season, the club announced Monday. Wolters (1.93 meters, 25 years old) arrives from Besiktas Istanbul, where he averaged 15.6 points, 4.2 points and 5.3 assists in 10 7DAYS EuroCup games last season. He started his professional career with Milwaukee of the NBA, and also played New Orleans also of the NBA and Grand Rapids of the D-League. Before that, Wolters finished his college career at South Dakota State University, averaging 21.9 points, 5.5 rebounds and 5.9 assists in 34 NCAA games in the 2012-13 season. He is set to make his Turkish Airlines EuroLeague debut with Zvezda this season.
