Maccabi FOX Tel Aviv’s coaching woes over the last two seasons have continued as the club have dismissed head coach Erez Edelstein.
The early season loss in the Winner Cup final by Hapoel Jerusalem and a 0-2 start in Euroleague proved to be enough in order for Maccabi to let Edelstein go.

The 55-year-old Edelstein is also the head coach of the Israeli national team. He arrived at Maccabi with little EuroLeague experience.
The club have named Rami Hadar as coach of the club but whether it’s on a temporary basis is unknown.
